The board will make the decision on whether or not games will be played on Saturday morning by 7:00am for division I, II and III. Kindergarten games can be cancelled by the coaches but please make sure that all the parents
are notified in advance. Cancellations will be posted on this web site.
Fall Season 2009
Players
- Games will be played Saturday mornings September 12 through October 17 at Callahan
Park, Burlington VT.
Coaching clinics
A Coaching Clinic specifically for Kindergarten and Division I coaches. Monday, August 31st from 6:00 to 7:15 pm at Calahan Park. At least one coach from each team should plan to attend.
This is also the opportunity to pickup equipment bags for Division I and ideally we will have team T Shirts for the girls and coaches hats and shirts to distribute.
Another clinic will be offered on Thursday, Sept 3rd for the coaches for Division II and III. If you are coaching more than one division you are welcome to either or both clinics.
Signing up to Coach
If you are interested in coaching, please send in your
daughter’s registration form ASAP or contact the league at 651-7715. We
need this information to help in the process of building our teams.
- Coaching Eligibility Forms: All coaches and
assistant coaches MUST complete
BOTH of the following forms in order to be eligible to coach, at least
once per school year.
The VCIC form needs to be notarized and both forms need to be returned
to the league at GBGSL, 150 Dorset St., PMB 127, So. Burlington, VT 05403
Interested in being a referee for GBGSL games?
GBGSL games are played Saturday mornings from 8am until noon, Spring and Fall season. If you are interested in being a referee for games, you must complete the Vermont Soccer Association referee certification course to be eligible. Once certified, you will have access to an online game schedule system in which you sign yourself up to officiate scheduled games. Please see visit the VSA web site for more information.
